On writing

The writing published on Grace Notes consists of writing edited and published by other publications, and writing that I have self-published on other websites like Letterboxd. At some point, I will begin to publish some of my writing exclusively on Grace Notes. Some of these pieces may be identical to their published forms, whilst others may be manuscripts for published pieces.

Though some pieces blur the line, the sort of writing on Grace Notes can be categorized into three types: Briefs (like Letterboxd capsules), Reviews (which assess the merits and deficiencies of a particular work) and Discussions (which deliberate upon thematic implications, socio-cultural positions and other aspects of art that cannot be boiled down to fit within the boundaries of Reviews). I also plan on uploading short-form fiction later on.
